Drive your own car through and get in touch with your WILD side with hundreds of incredible animals from around the world! Have you ever fed a Bison? Been nose-to-nose with a Giraffe? If not, you will in our Drive-Thru Safari! From Alpacas to Zebras, you’ll see it all at THE Ohio Safari Park!

Featured Animal: In the Spotlight
Hi, I’m Chilea!
It is believed that the two humps of the Bactrian Camel is filled with water, but they are actually filed with energy-rich fat that metabolizes energy when the Camel has little to no food.
Bactrian Camels hardly sweat, which allows them to conserve water.
They have very tough mouths that allow them to eat rough plants such as thorns; they can also eat any type of vegetation whether dry, salty or prickly.
They are considered nomadic animals, which means they regularly move to and from the same areas within a well-defined range.
The Bactrian Camel can withstand temperatures ranging from below freezing to blistering heat.
You can catch Chilea in Section 5 of the Drive-Thru Safari alongside the rest of the Bactrian camels!
