PORT CLINTON, Ohio, September 28, 2023 — Summer may have come and gone, but plenty of outdoor fun is still to be had at African Safari Wildlife Park. This upcoming Saturday to Sunday is the final Extended Weekend of the year.

Following this weekend, many of the Park’s most beloved attractions—such as tortoise and porcupine feedings, camel rides, and educational animal programs—will end for the season. The Drive-Thru Safari will remain open through the end of the season on Sunday, November 26, although certain animal species, such as giraffe and antelope, will only be visible on warmer days.

“This is your last chance to experience everything the Park has to offer until next spring,” said Kelsey Keller, the Park’s director. “You do not want to miss out!”

Discounted tickets for up to $16 off per person are available for purchase on the Park’s website, www.africansafariwildlifepark.com, through Sunday afternoon.
